LED lights are the latest technology in energy efficient lighting. LED stands for ‘Light Emitting Diode’, a semiconductor device that converts electricity into light.

LED lights are super energy efficient, using approximately 85% less energy than halogen or incandescent lighting – meaning significant savings on your power bills. LED lights also have a much longer lifespan than other types of lighting.

The popular colours available for Solar LED’s are :

  1. Warm White
Warm White means soft, with a hint of red and yellow. It usually can make people feel Warm when it is lit ON. Its temperature ranges from 2700K to 3300K.
  2. Pure White
Pure/Cool White is slight blue tint in colour and is much brighter than warm white. Its temperature ranges from 5000K to 6500K.

While choosing a street light, it is always better to choose Pure/Cool white as it is very bright, clean and similar to natural daylight.
